Mission Statement

Marathon Group, LLC, specializes in the rehabilitation of severly dilapidated properties and residential warehouse conversions. Lead by builder and general contractor Peter Economou and registered architect Plato Marinakos, Jr., the firm has realized projects ranging from historic property conversions to the complete construction of new houses and condominiums. Most recently, the team transfromed a group of decaying storefronts and warehouses in Philadelphia's Olde City district into 45 luxury apartments which it continues to manage.
